How long does shipping take for custom-forged swords?
Each custom blade requires 4 to 6 weeks for forging and tempering. Once completed, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States.
Are your swords battle-ready or for display only?
We offer both. Our 'Combat Grade' collection features full-tang, high-carbon steel blades designed for martial arts, while our 'Artisan' series is intended for decorative display and cosplay.
What is your return policy for Guild merchandise?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused, non-customized items. Due to the unique nature of custom engravings, bespoke orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. However, please check your local laws regarding the importation of bladed items before placing an order, as customs regulations vary by region.
How should I maintain my high-carbon steel blade?
To prevent rust, we recommend cleaning the blade after every use and applying a thin coat of mineral oil or Choji oil at least once a month.
